How unhealthy am I?!
Question: I have been losing weight for the past 1 1/2 year. I am about 6'1'' and used to weigh around 190 lbs. I was really into lifting and exercising for awhile and actually looked pretty fit (in my eyes). Then i stopped working out my normal 3-4 times a week because i started playing instruments and never felt like doing anything else. But for some weird reason i never gained weight i only lost weight. I'm down to 165-170 range but now when i sit down and bend forward i have these 3 rolls on my stomach which never used to be there. So why am i losing weight but feel like i have more fat on me???

muscle doesn't turn into fat
(ignore the other answer person)
Muscle does way heavier than fat.
You just loss muscle mass and see more fat.
go back to toning. Better yet go to a gym and get a more accurate gauge of your fat content.
hmmmmm weird...idk!
because muscle ways more than fat, but fat takes up more room, or is more spread out so to speak
so basically your muscle could be turning into fat
mayb you need to tone your stomach
your losing weight because your losing muscle. If you don't use it you lose it... its the same theory with your muscles... Your losing muscle in your abs and the fat is starting to show through
