Will this make me lose weight???!


Question: Ok, I am 14 years old, a girl and about 60 lbs. over weight....
Will this plan help me lose weight:

This is what i eat everyday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal/2 cups of coffee (no sweetener)
Lunch: 1 bottle of water and a sandwhich
Snack: 2-3 different fruits each day (kiwi, apple, banana, peaches)
Supper: salad or normal food in moderation

Workout plan:
twice a day, I walk 45-60 minutes on elliptical
i workout with dumbbells for about 30 minutes (i work a different muscles section each day, upper body, abs and obliques, lower body)

i usually walk my dog up and down our drive way for about 30-40 minutes, too

is there anything else i can do??

how much weight do you think i can lose by august???

also, what are somemore muscle toning workouts i can do (with dumbbells) that work obliques, thighs, abs, and biceps)
please give specific workouts......thanks!!!


Also, when summer gets here (around Memorial Day) we will open our pool and I can swim for about an hour every-other-day.

Sounds like your doing everything right. Just make sure your drinking alot of water if your excersizing so much. As for work out plans try jump rope, or even things like hula hooping (really works your waist). pick up a shape or fitness magazine.. they have some really good workouts in them each month with moves you could try.!

I will recommend exercising in a REALLY proper way which does not cause lots of tireness
