What is a healthy way a teen can lose weight?!

Question: Go back to basics, try simple diet and exercise. Weight loss pills and stuff just don't work. Try joining a gym with a friend for motivation. Simply watch what you eat and think about it before you eat it. Do i really need to eat it? Am i really hungry? Soon enough you'll look great... Good Luck

eat healthy and exercise.
simple as that.
unless they have a disorder.

work out and eat right

running burns fat. eating healthy is a good place to start though. eat 3 well balanced nutritional meals and run a mile or so a day.

bulimia

By doing excersize and dieting.

Well, you can skip meals. Thats just the easiest way. I know people who have done this and lost almost 10 pounds in a week.

Fasting

hehehehe

Create a routine meal plan and exercise every day.

eat healthy and exercise daily

by diet and exerise under a Drs plan

when your hungry drink water.
just plain spring/filtered water.

be consistant with your eating healthy and excersize. no exceptions.

watch what you eat, try not going over 1500-2000 calories a day!

Start by cutting portions at meal times, you will be eating less but unless youre thinking about it you probably wont realise it

do carbohydrate diet do not exceed 40 per day

diet

I've been thinking about that too but really us teens don't have to change that much about their lifestyles. It's just basic running and eating right. You don't have to go vegetarian or anything but cut out the junk and subsititute it for stuff with less calories. And cut out the snacks and eat healthier and larger meals (breakfast lunch & dinner). And for exercising....running works best for me(: It doesn't have to be a chore just get out there and have fun!

I would say the best way to lose weight is to take care what the person eats (not how much but more WHAT). I nice way get in form is to play sports connected with a lot of body movement.

Have SEX!!!

Always eat healthy foods, eating 5-6 small healthy meals a day is how I lost over 50 pounds. Absolutely no fast food! Excercising at least 2-3 days a week (walking or jogging is a good way)

try and eat as balanced as u can (most people forget that u need a bit of fat in ur diet
and EXERCISE. simple as. jogging is the cheapest, easiest and best soltuion to that.

Add exercises! It worked for me. As a teen, I'd always eaten a balanced diet with no snacking but I was still about 40 pounds overweight. I lost 30 pounds in one summer without changing my diet by going to a ballet class 2 time a week, the classes lasting about 2 hours. But any class works, just make sure you bring a friend along, that way, you'll have someone to be accountable with.

Just stop eating crap.

No soda, no candy bars, no potato chips.

If you want a stricter diet: don't eat anything that has high fructose corn syrup in it.. or partially or whole hydrogenated oils in it. This will force you to read the content labels before shoving that thing in your mouth. Both of the above are SOOO BAD for you!

And to loose more weight, mix in some exercise!

try hydroxycut

Exercise is really good. Growing up as a child, my cousins and I played outside a lot so we got adequate exercise and weren't overweight. Kids nowadays are not as active and tend to be overweight.

walk a mile a day then after couple of weeks later. run a mile a day. eat healther may take long time but it's health

Balance your diet:
Carbohydrates,
Fibre,
Minerals,
Proteins,
Fats(in your case control it)
Vitamins
Water

Well perfect amount of all, less salt, less sugar, more water and vitamins, proteins etc. should be balanced.

I wanted to put on weight, and believe it really worked. I was 55 KG, now I am 70, perfect for me, just in 3 months. Now hav
