Erm I lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks, by not eatting. If your still in school, don't eat their lunch. I didn't really excercise, just cut down on eating... If it helps, here is my diet.
Breakfast? -- Water, frosted flakes, 2% milk
Lunch? -- Water, and mabye a bag of chips
Dinner? -- well, dinner was different everyday.. but if you eat small portions, lossing weight is SUPER easy. Just make sure you don't have any snacks.

Get a colonic and stop it eating altogether will make you drop weight very fast but id not recommend it one bit it will be mostly muscle

lunges,squats,crunches,run, jog,play lots of sports like swimming.

you should never crash diet. to lose weight a bit faster is to drop bread and potatoes for a few days. you can lose a few pounds that way. buying a smaller plate always works as the plate still looks full even though you have put less onto it.
eat 5 times a day in smaller portions (increases metabolism). healthy food though. Run (stay active)every day. drink lots of water. bam 10 pounds gone. good luck
