Yoga question please help?!


Question: hi i know that doing yoga makes you taller but i dont know how long do you have to practise yoga to get taller and how much can you get taller, i am 20 years old does it make any differense.
please answer if you know for shore.

Yoga doesn't make you taller...it makes you more flexable though!
