Help Me Plz... I Need Alot Of Help ... Deit Issues.?!


Question: i need help..... well you see, im going on a diet becouse i have a heart prob. ... and i have to loss 30 lbs my doc. says ... but how ... plz some one ... give me and a plan on to eat - to lose weight ... and what do i do about exercies .... i have no clue ... see i really need so help - like a person diet trainer ...lol

height: 5 ft. 10 in.
weight 182 lbs

okay first you are going to have to realize that you are going to have to make major changes becuase you are already at a good weight so your diet will have to be intense. I would make your own diet. Some good ideas are for breakfast just having an apple or some other fruit. then for lunch a salad with bread sticks and for dinner you should eat small portions with a side of salad. You have to make your portions smaller but healthier and exercise everyday for at least an hour. TO lose wait you should run, ride a bike or do the olypical. DO NOT WEIGHT TRAIN, you will gain more weight because you will be gaining muscles. Concentrate on small portions and a lot of exercise.

start walking l hour per day. 1/2 hour in morning and 1/2 hour late in day. that should help you. eat more vegetables and salad.

Ask your doc for a diet. Or specifically ask him for the 3 day diet hospitals use for heart patients if they have to lose weight before surgery. If he doesn't have it, I could probably get it in a few days, just email me.

Definitely walking 30minutes per day and cutting down on your portions that you eat. Read serving sizes on foods to make sure you are not getting more than you need. Also try to eat 1800 calories per day. Good luck, You can do it!!
