cauliflower, steam it then mash it like you would mashed potatoes, it's very good

Whole Grains will fill you up faster, this makes you not want to eat as much.

What ur doing is good but u can also take lean chicken breast, fresh vegetables are a very good source of fibres and u need fibres to absorb the body toxins
I noticed that u dont take fruits and u need them bad as they are a good source of vitamins and minerals low calorie fruits are apples, oranges, watermelon, peaches, pears, apricots

100 cal packs
Sugar Free Jello
Lite English Muffins
Chicken (Grilled)
Any Veggies
Sugar Free Pudding (Banana Cream is the best)
Granola Bars

First, stay away from the lean pockets, there loaded with sodium, and they will make you blode, and gain water weight.
Generally try to stick with these:
Red Meat
Fish
A lot of fruits
Salad- with low fat dressings
anything special k
limit your carbs- (small portions of bread)
1% milk or skim
diet tea- and try to stay away from pop all together, it says diet, but there really isnt that big of a difference. Usually just changing the sugars in the product.

i hope that points you in the right direction!

I am going through the same thing. I was told to avoid pasta, sugar, any kinds of breads of rice. You can have your regular meats, all the veggies you want and plenty of fruits. Try drinking green tea about five cups a day. I'm really noticing the weight loss and it's excellent for your body

yeah i would definitely go with more whole grains. I get so full off of oatmeal for hours because it takes so long to digest. I would recommend kashi golean oatmeal or quaker lower sugar apples and cinnamon.
special k is actually not the best cereal for someone on a diet because of the sugar content. I read it on a health website somewhere. A better choice would be anything Total, Kashi GoLean high fiber/high protein cereal, Fiber One, All Bran with extra fiber and even cinnamon toast crunch has more fiber and protein.
lean pockets are okay once in awhile but try replacing them with lean turkey breast in a whole wheat wrap with steamed vegetables and lot fat shredded cheese (much less fat content than in lean pockets)
definitely eat more protein such as grilled chicken breasts, salmon, and tuna.
steaming green beans, broccolli, and cauliflower are all good ideas that will keep you full (pretty much any brightly colored vegetable) and if you want flavor add your favorite spice or i cant believe its not butter spray (0 calories)
protein bars in moderation such as pure protein bars can also be a good meal replacement in the middle of the day but be careful of how often you eat them because the coating is actual milk chocolate, but with 20g of protein it will keep you full and energized for a workout.

Not sure if rice cakes qualifies as it may have sugar added to it.

Try wrapping a Romain lettuce leaf around whatever you want to eat instead of bread. It is very healthy.

Diet pop is NOT good for you. It has chemicals and sodium that leads to water retention and more problems then it fixes. Instead try water with slices of lime and/or lemon in it. Take a pitcher of ice water when you watch TV.

Grilled skinless chicken is great.

Fried foods, even fried fish is not healthy.

Nuts are very healthy, especially almonds

On salads, try sprinkling a little olive oil instead of dressing. Even diet dressing is not good for you.
