Avoid the junk! Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. If you don't have fresh then frozen will work. Drink soy milk with your cereal for calcium, eat nuts and beans for protein.

For lower abs, lay on the floor with hands beside your bum, raise your legs up while squeezing them together, then slowly lower them to the point where you still have control. If your back is arching then you've lost control. Then slowly raise them back up to the starting position. When you first try this you may not be able to lower them very much but as your muscles get stronger you can go lower. If you are going past the point of control and arching your back then you aren't working your lower abdominals any more.

You can work your lower abs all you want, but you won't have a 6 pack unless you burn off the fat.

Eat nuts?
Drink Milk.
Try not to eat too much junky food.
There are lots of ways to work your abs.
Google it.

r u seiosuly fat though? or
all that weight could be musscle

how do you have a 4 pack?
i'm 13. 5'8. 124 lbs and no four pack for me. oh well.

you should continue your exercising and stop the bored eating. balance your diet completely and even see a nutritionist if you want. your on the right path though.

as far as you being fat,
youre not.
but try to focus on something other than eating.
because im in the same boat as you.
i eat when im bored.
but being healthy doesnt necessarily mean being skinny.
if you're going to eat when youre bored,
try to get healthy snacks.

SIX PACK:
my cousin joined her swim team at school.
she had to pratice at like 4:30 every morning before school
but she got a six pack pretty quickly.
also, sit ups are good.

the reason that you have put on the weight could be that you work out a lot and it is just muscle. if so than that is great! if you feel like its fat then, not so great, but there are some ways to cut down on food like giving your self a limit like, i only eat at meals and 1 small, healthy, snack. but, my guess is that since you have a 4 pack that you are not fat at all, besides, you are at a healthy weight now. don't be too hard on yourself. hope this helps. : )

Hi dude, I am in the same position, we have 2 weeks off school and theres a fine girl i want to impress, over the last week I skipped lunch at school and kept the money for electronics =p
I have also been doing 60-120 sit ups per day, i am a large 60kg, I am 16, the top end of 9 stone

I can feel abs coming through, and my stomach going down
If you intend to have 3 meals per day here is what i advise

Breakfast - Bran flakes / Special k
Lunch- Tuna/salad/apple and slice of unbuttered bread/pear and piece of toast
Dinner -Wholemeal Pasta (it's brown and healthier) with any type of fish I advise Salmon, steam it and mix with the pasta, do not be tempted to add cheese

if you could see muscles in the abdominal area.. you are obviously not "fat" becasue there is little fat cover your abs if they are visible.
your exercise habits sound great!
for the abs this is what you need to do:
do cardio (treadmill, running , biking or anything that gets your heart rate up and your in motion) to make your abs more visible
and these ab toners (more than jnust situps and crunches!!!)
