i like the banana idea. you should really be eating before you get hungry... if your intent is to lose fat then you should eat constant small meals. it really depends what type of food you like it seems that you dont have a big appetite so i dont think you should eat more than your body can hold.

heres an example menu:

BREAKFAST:
one sliced banana
one glass orange juice
1 slice of buttered whole grain toast

or....

if youre really hungry..(it happens!!)
english muffin sandwich-
--1 english muffin toasted(dont add butter.. it doesnt taste THAT much better)
--1 egg (just pop it in the microwave until its basically all the way cooked then fry it up on the skillet with some pam for about 3 mins)(tastes great and is healthy+nutritious)
--2slices of ham (not sausage... haha =)
--CHEESE!! yes. cheese.you can eat that stuff.

EARLY SNACK:
Strawberry-Almond Smoothie (Blend 1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/4 c. plain soy milk, and 1 c. frozen strawberries with 1 tsp honey and 1 T almonds);

DELICIOUS!!^^

or...

Trail mix! trail mix tends to be expensive, so you can make your own. plus you can add only things you like . but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE leave out the m&m's! instead add chocolate covered raisins. they are soo much better for you and you are inevitably forcing yourself to eat a raisin everytimeyou have chocolate!
HINT: i know raw almonds to taste 20X better than cooked salted almonds. plus they have tons of amino oil yada yada yada.... haha but eat these int he morning onlyy. they can be slightly heavy.

LUNCH:
pita sandwich: tomato, grilled chicken, shredded spinach, sprinkle cheese on top

or

sushi!! sushi is healthy because since it is raw, you are able to ingest the maximum amount of weight loss promoting nutrients

PM SNACK:
grapes or celery

when it comes to celery, if you like it, INDULGE. by eating celery you are burning calories because it takes more calories to digest celery than you take in! plus its healthy!

so basically.... any of these menus or something along those lines is great. if you truly dont eat that much, then more power to you! but im just saying, i think you need excersize to lose weight PERIOD. but id this works for you, then you have outsmarted me! just try and stick to raw foods. the have 10 times more nutrients than the cooked stuff and fill you up faster. and please stay away fromt he chips. OH I ALMOST FORGOT..... i am an ice cream fanatic... so you can eat sorbet if you want to! even better.. make it. all you need is some frozen fruit and some juice,. delicious. well i hope i helped and the best of luck to you !

See a Dr.

If you're trying to lose weight or something, you still have to eat. If you don't eat anything and you work out, it's not good for you. You need calories to burn.

AHH. thats not all you should eat
Daily Lean Diet
my sister and my mom are both on it
its good

you're starving your body and making it think it has to save fat on your body and slow down your metabolism.
This is a horrible diet, what you need to do is exercise and eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day.

Not healthy. You should have three squares a day. Talk to your doctor for a healthy diet.

no this is not fine. when you cut back on what you eat, your metabolism actually slows down. So fat won't get burned and you will actually retain weight.

You need to eat several small meals a day, fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, proteins, fish and some carbs.

Drinking water is no way to stay healthy, you are depriving your body of essential nutrients it needs to function properly.

If you want to lose weight look up "The Grapefruit Diet."

There is no magic pill, diet or formula to lose weight. It takes hard work and detication to reach your goal. Based on my 13 years of bicycle racing experience, I would encourage you to eat a well balanced diet based on the 5 basic food groups. Also eat a lot of fruit, and raw veggies and salads for snacks, and stay away from the junk and fast food. When you do eat your meals it's very important to eat just one serving and don't heap up your plate. Most servings are between a 1/2 and 1/3 cup. If you choose to eat red meat only have a piece the size of a deck of playing cards. That's all one really needs. You also might want to check with your county extention office they will have a lot of helpfull literature for you and most of the time it's free. And don't forget to exercise. I've put in a couple of links that might help too ...Good Luck !

well this isn't exactly healthy but it may help you stay fit! but a bannana is wat people eat to gain weight so switch fruits but as far as not eating all day mabey try to eat every 4 hours or so and not lot something low fat and small portions it will make your metabolism speed up and the it feeds off of your body fat!

well i stopped drinking soda and stop eating after 6 (not counting no eating chocolate and stuff)

not a good idea.
Here is what works for me.
Semi-vegetarianism or Flexitarianism.
A SV is someone who eats only fish or poultry ( all kinds of dairy products) and consumes mostly vegetables. No red Meat.
A FV is someone who eats meat ocassionally ( like maybe once a week). Diary included.

You can get all your protein from the dairy and/or fish and poulty you eat. Personally, I stay away from meat and have lost around 5-10 lbs. I am a flexitarian ( flexible vegetarian). Take a multivitamin tablet everyday. AND NO JUNK FOOD!!!

you need to consume THREE MEALS A DAY!!!! at the least. Eat veggies!!!

You shouldn't go any lower than 1,200 calories a day and you should be eating more often during the day. Drinking the water is very important, aim for 96 ounces a day and start drinking it in the morning right away or you'll never get them all in.
You need to add some protein with your banana in the morning. Try a protein shake or yogurt. For Lunch or Dinner, either or, try eating a Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice frozen entree. For the other meal, eat a well balanced, low fat meal.

Check out www.foodsdatabase.com where you can actually type in a goal weight by a certain time and it will compute your expected calories a day. Just remember it is important to stay healthy; lose the weight too quickly and it will all come right back......also, don't forget to stay active - eat for energy.

You should love your body for what it is, but if you really want help then i will help. ok first, you should really be eating more at breakfast because it's the most important meal of the day. you might go through the whole day hungry, but still not eat anything, then soon you are going to collapse because you aren't eating enough food ( happened to my friend once) You are practically anorexic right now. Ok, what you eat isn't a part of losing weight. Eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but no in big portions, but not too small either. You should check that there aren't a lot of calories in them either, even if there is a small portion there might be tons of calories in them. Eat your vegetables, protien, etc. Stay away from the junk food. You also need to work out, you can't just loose 10 pounds sitting on the sofa not eating anything, the fat in your body is not going to go anywhere. So you need to go to the gym severel times a week for about an hour or more. Soon your body will look great, don't say to yourself omg it's taking so long for the fat to go away, i'm never going to loose this weight i might as well give up, and go back to not eatting. Just have confidence in yourself and you can do it! hope i've helped <3

Start slowly.
Eat it, but do it moderately...... soft drinks on weekends only.
Do some sport that you enjoy and refresh you.

cheers =)
