Dance coming up......please help!!!?!


Question: okay so my Valintines Dance is coming up February 15, like 18 days away. i am nfairly skinny but have recently gained some weight and i was wondering how much i could lose by then. like two-five(??!!) pounds? i'll eat 600 cals a day,(less?) limit carb intake, and stay away from fat. Mon-Friday i will dance (more around a LOT) for like an hour everyday.then Saturday i run periodicaly thorughout the day. also every day i will do crunches, pushups, and wall sits. so do u think i will be able to looss weight, or at least tone up.i just need a little off of my arms, and tone up my legs. thanks So much!! also any other ideas woudl be great!!

um... yea but y do you want to lose so much weight but i quess you do you should be able 2

sweetheart, you need to eat more. at LEAST 1,000 calories a day, even people who are trying to loose weight for health reasons and not just for body image need to eat at least 1,200 calories a day. what you're doing is teetering dangerously close to pushing your body to burn MUSCLE, not fat. understand this: it's not all about the weight, because MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. it's better to gain a few pounds because you've toned up than loose a bunch of water weight and still have a bunch of fat. it sounds like you're doing more than enough exercise, so don't stress so much. just go to that dance and have fun; you'll look great.
