what do you dancers eat to be so skiny?
and what are some excersises to get a "dancers" body without becoming a dancer on like a starliner team or smthng


i am 5'5" what would a dancer weigh that is 5'5"?
is 125 lbs. bad?

125 is great. your normal body weight should range from 115 - 145. dancing is a great way to lose weight because you move your body completely. try going to lots of dance parties. you can dance for hours and lose tons of calories without even knowing you're working out.

Wanting to be built like a dancer can't always be achieved.. Being built like a dancer is primarily genetic... You can lose weight however if you have a large chest or full hips, you can't change that...

Walking is the best thing ever. Do an hour every night, this is what I do when I'm not at dancing.

But as for losing weight-you need to burn more calories than what you consume.
