Is Muscle Milk good for weight gain?!


Question: I want to gain muscle and fat. I have a really good diet that consists of:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites, oatmeal, yogurt, and a nutragrain bar.

Snack: Protein bar or a cheese sandwich

Lunch: A burger or philly cheese steak OR chicken sandwich

Snack (pre-workout): Muscle Milk shake and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Snack (post workout): 46 gram protein shake and creatine

Dinner: Whatever mom makes. Steak, chicken, pasta, etc.

Snack (before bed) : Muscle Milk shake.

How much weight can I gain with this diet in about two weeks?

ha well i gained weight using muscle milk thats for sure and i was trying to lose so i was mad, but i did see good muscle gains thats for sure so yeah use it, and it taste like heaven on earth so your lucky u get to use it,
but their is also true mass if you wanted to try that,
but just up your calories and protein and u should be fine
