Losing fat?!


Question: How do i lose 5- 10 pounds in a month or two because
i'm going to a convention and wanted to be slimed down
fist off i'm
5'4 and weigh 128
i have a medium large frame
and i just want to loose weight
could you give me a meal plan or exercise
plan if possible.
P.S
i dont eat
*cow
*fast foods
*sugary sweets
But i eat the non processed foods
whats going on?

Listen....I feel your pain! It is VERY hard to lose weight and I am going to tell you how I lost a TON of weight. I am now 130 pounds and I am still losing. My goal is 120 and I will make it because I now know what to do and I am so happy to share it with you.

Okay...let's get started.....

The reason why it is SO hard to lose weight is:

1. Every food commercial that comes on the television tempts you to go eat at KFC, a hamburger, tacos or something else unhealthy. It is a marketing scheme that works perfectly. YOU MUST RESIST WITH ALL OF YOUR MIGHT TO STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD. No tacos, no fried foods, no ice cream, no milkshakes, no pizza. I know....I know...it is hard especially when it is in your face everyday and especially when your family and friends eat it everyday. Unhealthy foods are EVERYWHERE around you but you must build up your WILL POWER. You must train yourself and tell yourself every HOUR that you are STRONGER and more POWERFUL than bad food.

My family, co-workers and friends were my worst enemies. They always brought donuts, pizza, candy, hamburgers and french fries, fried steak soaked in creamy gravy, etc. IN FRONT OF MY FACE. But I resisted WITH ALL MY MIGHT and YOU MUST DO THE SAME....no matter how hard it is.

Remember....YOU ARE MORE POWERFUL THAN THEY ARE!

The way that I lost weight was by increasing my metabolism. I learned this from tips I read on this web site at http://www.freecooltips.com/fatloss4idio... And the way you achieve this is by eating 5 to 6 small healthy meals per day with a little exercise.

LET ME REPEAT MYSELF because it is worth repeating!

The way you lose weight is by INCREASING YOUR METABOLISM. And the way you increase your metabolism is by eating at least 5 to 6 small healthy meals!

Most diets do not work because after you stop dieting you gain the weight back plus more! Healthy eating and lifestyle will help you lose weight and keep it off permanently.

I don't know you personally but I am ready to eat ALL THE TIME! But instead of grabbing some cake or cookies or potato chips, I now grab some peanuts, cashews, jello, a banana, apple sauce, an apple, yogurt, fruit cup, a smoothie, drink some green tea or water.

I did not have a weight loss companion when I started. My friends and family would not support me. It was me against the world. THIS MADE ME MORE DETERMINED TO LOSE WEIGHT. As I started to lose weight, everybody noticed and now I have family and friends eating healthy with me. The same scenario will happen to you. As you start to lose weight, you will draw people to you and you will soon have people around you to assist you.

Your morning and evening exercise routine should consist of a 30-minute combination of doing 2 sets of 15 sit-ups, 3 sets of 12 push-ups and 10 minutes on a stationary bicycle. Do these simple quick exercises in the morning and in the evening. I bought a stationary bike from posting an ad on Craigslist. This nice couple sold it to me for only $20. It was the best $20 dollars that I ever spent. You should do the same if you don't have a stationary bike.

I lost a lot of weight during my first and second week. I believe in my case....it was mostly water weight. I lost 5 pounds in several days and my BIG, FAT waistline was definitely slimmer. Then I lost 6 pounds the next week.

However, after the third week of exercise, I noticed that the weight was not coming off as easily.

So, I decided to add lifting weights from tips I found in a fitness article from the web site that I mentioned earlier at http://www.freecooltips.com/fatloss4idio...

My weight really started coming off quick with the easy weight training and I did it all from home. I DEFINITELY recommend that you read all of the tips from the web site because it will really help you. I really am proud of myself and all of my friends are jealous! I love it!

The following is YOUR meal schedule that you should follow along with your exercise routine if you want to lose weight FAST but most importantly keep the weight off PERMANENTLY:

Breakfast

2 scrambled eggs
slice of 100% wheat toast
yogurt
oatmeal
Special K or Total cereal with soy milk, bananas or strawberries
water or orange juice


Mid-Morning Snack

apple sauce, unsalted sunflower seeds, few pieces of cantelope or a banana



Lunch

pasta with tomato sauce (NO meatballs)
water or cranberry juice or green tea
apple sauce
yogurt
toss salad


Post Lunch

fruit such as a banana, strawberries, peach or pear or an apple
peanut butter
yogurt
cashews
peanuts

Dinner

pasta with tomato sauce (NO meat)
rice
steamed or slightly boiled vegetables (squash, cucumbers, carrots, green beans, onions, garlic, red or green pepper)
beets
toss salad
water or protein shake or green tea


Post-Dinner

Yogurt or....
4 or 5 ginger snaps or.....
2 slices of tomatoes with a small portion of turkey or skinless chicken
water or green tea

OR...

a bowl of cereal with soy milk 1 to 2 hours before bedtime


YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM THE FOLLOWING FOODS IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT PERMANENTLY:

-NO soda
-NO white bread (no rolls, no biscuits, no hamburger buns and no hotdog buns)
-NO FRIED FOODS (no hash browns, no french fries, no onion rings, no fried chicken, no fried pork chops, no fried fish, no Chick-fil-A nuggets and burgers, etc.)
-NO FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS (except toss salads from McDonalds, Wendys and Chick-fil-A salads)
-NO processed food
-NO sweets, sugar and desserts (NO cake, NO ice cream, NO cookies, NO pies, NO candy, etc.)
-NO pork (no bacon, no sausage, no hotdogs, no pork chops)
-NO hamburgers, NO tacos
-NO mayonnaise
-NO butter or margarine
-NO potato chips, NO pizza, NO jelly

However, you can always go to a place such as Smoothie King and have a healthy smoothie as a meal replacement. This will fill you up quickly and help you lose weight.

The simple exercise along with the above meal plan WILL burn the fat and calories like magic. I GUARANTEE IT!

CARDIO

you dont need to lose any weight

Do a cardio workout 30 minutes a day, that could be anything from running, swimming, jogging, jump roping, etc.
Don't eat more then 1,200 calories a day.
If you get hungry before breakfast, lunch, or dinner eat
a vegetable or a fruit. Celery is great because when you eat it , it takes more calories for your body to burn it then their is in the celery itself so your burning calories by eating it. Cucumbers, carrots, and apples are the same. You should start losing a pound or so everyweek.
You'll probably want to tone up too, so do 100 sit ups a day, 50 when you wake up and 50 before bed.
Its good to exercise in the morning when you first wake up because it jump starts your metabolism. Remember, drinking lots of water is a must. It keeps you hydrated, full, and your metabolism can work better. GOOD LUCK!

Cardio. Not starvation.

1 hour daily Cardio and reduced caloric intake. Easy as .......heh heh pie.

Breakfast: Fruit
Lunch: Chicken or Fish, Salad
Dinner: Chicken or Fish, Salad

Work out and don't eat a lot after eat healthy! Cause some of my friends exercise for about an hour and eat a whole chocolate cake.

It's good to eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. Work out at least 3-5 times a week. Make sure you eat because starving or not eating enough will result in slow metabolism or your body will store any food that it receives. Eat things like grilled chicken, veg tables, oatmeal, fish, and other healthy foods.

Cut calories. 3,500 calories=1 Lb of fat. If you consume 2000 calories in a day and you expend 2500 on exercise and casual movement you lose 1/7 of a pound. The weight loss is due to the calorie deficit. If you end each day in a 500 calorie deficit you can lose a pound per week. In two months that's 8 pounds.
