Unfortunately it would take your entire $100, but the Gazelle Edge is a really good piece of workout equipment that folds up and can be stored away.

Does it have to be a piece of equipemnt? how about videos?? have u heard of slim in 6 or hip hop abs from the infommercial? you get whole video sets to work every muscle in your body plus a diet guide. for 100 i doubt you could get any workout equipemnt thats good quality. You might opt for the video system route.

small pieces of equppment that work parts of your body help, like one of those resisitence bands, you can sit on the couch, tie it around your legs and just open and close your legs while you watch tv, plus chewing gum help a lil bit. a good lazy way to drop pounds is to vow that no matter where you are you will move. tap ur fingers jiggle ur leg flex ur butt, it duznt matter as long as you are moving!!! as far as machines, u ar not going to get a quality ellyptical machine or anything like that for 100 dollrs

Number one thing you need is free. MOTIVATION Number two thing you need is free. DEDICATION You put these two together and you get WILL POWER After these thing is where it gets pricey. Find a hardware store or a Wal-Mart and buy yourself a piece of rope as long as you are tall. This will allow you to do streches and work on becomming more limber as you do the other activities you wanted to do. Last thing you will need is a resistance band or even a couple of them will work. Do the exercises with them, you can figure them out nothing special or hard about it. Everything else is calistinics IE: push ups , sit ups, crunchs, mountain climbers, 8 count body builders. Ask your parents to show you a serving size and how to read a nutrition label. With these thing you can control your intake a little better and this along with your exercise will help you lose the weight. You may lose several pounds to start with then about 1-2 pounds every 10 days. The first big drop is water weight. So afetr buying your rope and resistance bands everything left is yours. Good luck
