Does anyone have any good ideas or tips to lose 20 lbs quick like within a month!


Question: go on a all raw veggies diet with just bake fish and chicken
no sweets no salt no drinks just water. and no bread of any kind and u will lose what u need to lose within a month time.
and dont eat after 7pm if u have to only eat some raw veggies or some fresh fruit

mm i know this sounds bad but laxatives help a lot...
and walk/jog your *** off!!!

Sudden weight loss is not healthy or good for you. It also tends to come back quickly. Eat sensibly and exercise.

meat cheese and water.
just eat like lunch meat and cheese for all three meals.
baked, marinated chicken breast or turkey breast in a low/no fat marinate are good.
you'll have hellacious hunger pangs but you'll lose like a pound a day.
if you exercise regularly and somewhat strenuously, drink lots of gatorade for electrolytes

This is nearly impossible but cut your diet way back and work out a lot but twenty might be pushing it. Try to work out for a very long period of time like three hours of different stuff and then fast the same day. You can lose a lot of weight that way. But on that day drink plenty of water.

A 2 week detox will help clean your colon, if you use discretion with your diet. I reccommend cutting out all alcohol, and if it is too difficult to do when with friends, take yourself out of the social setting. Exercise helps some, but more important is eating 5 small meals / snacks throughout the day, approx 3 hrs apart. Make it healthy, and avoid eating prior to bedtime. Lastly, a positive mindset will do you wonders, so avoid the mirror as much as possible if this is difficult to maintain.
