Of course you will feel sleepy after taught exercise especially when you just start to do it. I am not very sure whether can go back to sleep or not but usually I will just relax myself and took a shower. Take some food but not the one which may provide a lot of calories. Make sure you are not too full. When we are too full, our blood circulation will supply more blood to our digestion system in order to digest out food. So, we will feel sleepy.

It is nmormal to feel this way especially if you are training hard. If you feel liker this it is important to sleep well ( at least 7 - 8 hrs daily) and eat well ( small but frequent meals) Report It

  • same thing happens to me. Your body is just tired. But I hear you get the best sleep after exercising : ]

Are you eating before you work out? If you are, it should be at least and hour and a half before (so you don't get sick). It's important to energize your body before you exercise. It is also important to make sure you get enough sleep at night. If eating that far in advance before your workout doesn't work for the morning, try moving your workout to the evening. It is very important to have eaten first though. Initially your body will burn more calories on an empty stomach, but your body will get so tired that it won't be able to work out as hard as if you had energy, so it ends up backfiring. You burn calories when you're not working out, so it's good to keep your body moving during the day.

Happens to fat people like you all the time, body cant take the strain.
