Dun think so, too much sugar maybe.

No, I am taking a nutrition class right now, and you are depriving yourself from the other foods in the group.

No, you need some protein, fat, and carbs in your diet

No. You could over-consume sugar because fruits are full of that.

No its not healthy. you need different kinds of vitamins and minerals in your body. by eating just fruits, you're not getting all of them.

yes, but take a vitamin just in case and drink tea and water...also a few vegetables wouldn't hurt

Very unhealthy actually

if thats what u want ill make u a diet check out www.myspace/freefitness4u.com

No. Fruits are good, but you should always eat from the other food groups. Now if you wanted to cut out meats, that may be okay.

probably not.your body needs more then just fruits.

i am not a health specialist but i would say no. your body need certain vitamins and minerals in order for you to stay healthy. if you just eat fruit then you will be off balancing your body and you'd also be tired since fruit really doesn't have carbs in it.

I dont think so. you'll need sodium, and other rminerals as well. If you mean about survival, then yes you can survive , but basically what you loose will be mostly muscle mass and not fat at all.

If you are on a detox regime it is okay, but ONLY if you are on an actual plan. That would mean that you will have other nutrients and steps of what to eat each day and what you need to keep your body healthy and energetic during the detox.
