Excersizes for the fat under your arms, not sure what thats called..i have old l!

Is that fat or just skin?
if it's fat, then you could work it out with dumbells, weightlifting, and some punching exercises.

work your triceps. especially over heads. don't forget about your other muscles! and do cardio to burn fat!

I did to till about 5 months ago. I am fifty years old and all of a sudden I started to lose all the firmness in my under arms. You have to lose the extra body fat then start doing triceps extensions and plenty of triceps weight training exercises. You will start to see fast results in one month if you do the exercises at least 3 times per week for 4 sets of 12 repetitions each.
