I need some useful tips to help me lose weight?!


Question: I have lowered my calorie intake to 1200.I do 30 mins of pilates every day.Plus I use a stair stepper off and on for a combined total of an hour a day.I drink green tea and don't snack after 7.I also drink a glass of cold water every hour.What else should I be doing?

Take it easy and realize that it will take time for the weight to come off...and don't forget to treat yourself once in a while. Don't forget to get enough sleep! If you haven't, span you eating from 3 meals a day to 5-6 smaller ones. If you aren't taking a multivitamin, I'd start one.

Lean meats, dark veggies, fruits, lots of water and healthy snacks.

Try Weight Watchers.

Try running, it burns calories and raises your metabolism.

Don't eat McDonalds.

Cut down on the attention seeking.

uum weight watchers works if u do it right and u dont cheat. and also grapefruit with every meal

You're on the right track! Avoid white food like white bread, pasta, chips, pretzels, pizza etc and try to eat as much fiber as you can :)

I think now you should start to cut back on the snacking a bit, not completely stop eating snacks, just cut back. Also do crunches, about 100 a day will be good. After two weeks or so you could start to cut back on meat also. The pounds will literally start to pour off of you! Hope I helped.

I would say eat in moderation and try to do as much excersise as you can do even walking, or running around i just run around and play soccer with my brother for like 1 hour and you can feel the sweat which means your loosing some weight. drink lots of water!

minimise fatty food such as mcdonalds or even chocolate.
dont starve yourself that would be very unhealthy.

When your on a diet, you should "cheat" once a week ( cake, candy, etc.)[After the diet you will regain weight quickly if you eat something sweet. This helps regulate your system]
Don't drink water that is too cold because your body is not naturally "programmed" to eat these. Your body builds up on fat since it's cold.
Keep your water cool, not cold.
Remember, your calorie intake must be less than the output to lose weight.

Well try getting a gym membership and lower your calorie intake.
