If you want to lose fat fast do 1min fast 1min reg speed. Also run in the morning on an empty stomach like this for 20-30min 6 days a week. You need a day off to rebuild your muscle. Also get 8 hours of sleep. Sounds like your on the right track keep up the good work!!!

Sounds good to me. About 80% of us don't run for 30 minutes even 1 day a week.

Just make sure you keep increasing the cardio time and the reps and sets as you progress in order to maintain results in the future.

your doing good! but you may want to change the running to an hour 5 days a week.
