Do you think i can lose weight by this?!


Question: breakfast- usually a bowl of cheerios.
snack- 2 100 calorie packs.
lunch- 1 special k bar
snack later- yogurt and crackers or lunchables.
dinner- differnt always. normally something like a chicken cutlet wrap. something something a little fattening.. i don't know... maybe a tuna or meatball sub.


with walking 20 minutes a day.
i know the diet isn't perfect especially the lunch & snacks but it's really all i am able to with my school schedule.

by the way i am fifteen years old, 4'11, 117 pounds.
i drink alot of water.
i'm hoping to weigh around 100 in june, and i know that's pushing it a little because i probably can't lose that much weight but yeah...


so far i lost about 4 pounds since january first. it was 5, but i gained one back. i made good progress in the beginning but it's not so great anymore. and im just starting the walking thing? you think this could work?

Im sure if you follow this everyday, plus a little more excersize for example running 2 laps everyday on a treadmill you will lose a few pounds in no time. But i think your a perfect weight and i dont know why you would want to drop that low.

Yes it can...but you got to realize that that one pound gained might be muscle weight from walking....I do know that soup is VERY good when you want to lose weight fast....just eat soup. Also Cranberry and Prune juice helps

you have reduced your caloric intake to almost nothing. your metabolism will and probably is slowing down, so it will be even more difficult for you to lose weight. eat tons of salad, and make some soup, and have a multi vitamin. and walk more than 20 min.
