I want to lose 15-20 pounds but hate working out .is it possible to do it on jus!


Question: Define working out ? Do you mean lifting weights ? Best way to loose weight is cardio excercises but try not to stick to just one. Jog, bike, treadmill, Box. do at least an hours worth a day 3 times a week and try to limit your food intake stay away from junk food and fatty foods. I lost 42 pounds on boxing and circuit training but better you go to a gym if you need someone motivating you. good luck

well cardio is working out, so yes.

to me, it's the best way.

assuming you're talking about walking, jogging, running..

It is, if your talking about body weight. If you mean just fat, then no.

Weight lifting keeps the muscles alive and cardio burns both muscle and fat.

So combine both, cardio and weightlifting.

Swimming, Kung-Fu are good for these.

Any marshal arts that includes pushups is good.

cardio is the best way actually, you don't need to go to the gym and lift like a bodybuilder, just do different types of cardio and make sure u eat enough protein (1g per pound of bodyweight is more then enough). u will lose weight.
