Anorexia help and advise. 89lb and want to loose more ...?!


Question: i dont no how to get out , i got told i haev anorexia adn bulimia , but i dont belive it , i am 89lb and want to still loose, do you think this is ok ? i hate the way i look still . i am 16 and 5'3. BMI of 15.8

I know why, Beacause you think you have fat on your body? You're right, actually anorexics have very slow metabolisms and higher body fat, so if you do pilated or a 3X a week of strenght training and begin to eat 700 calories a day, this would do you good, and you will have a flat abs and lean body, and healthy looking face without being fat. Its a deal, ok? So Do this diet and exercise refime for 3 weeks and you will see those differences you'd LOVE to see!!!
30 min before BF: 500 ml water ( sip slowly)

BF: cornflakes+ skimmed milk+ a fruit

2 hours later: green tea

3 hours later (LUNCH): rocca salad+ 2 walnuts+ sauce ( 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon) and beans (Heinz, or bring natural ones and cook them with REAL tomato sauce)

3 hours later snack: green tea, 1 square dark chocolate

2 hours later (Dinner): Lentil Soup, 1 toased brown toast cut into small cubes

then.. fresh orange juice
DAY 2
on wakeup 500 ml water ( sip slowly)

BF an hour later: 2 brown toast and jam with 200 ml low fat milk OR 1 egg scrambled with vegetables (mushroom, green bell peppers) with orange juice and a slice of toast

snack (2hrs later): Green tea

Lunch 3 hrs later: 2 tbsp. hummus, 1 piece of bread+rocca salad with 3 walnuts and sauce^.

snack 2 hrs later : green tea with a piece of dark chocolate or 2 crackers

dinner: 2 small baked potatoes with lemon, grilled veggies+ 2 tbsp. brown basmati short rice or 2 tbsp. couscous.

Later: 2-3 slices of pineapple
i recommend you see a dietitian*
because even though this diet is all healthy and nutritous i cant tell if that ia ALL you need to eat all day.. its low calorie but very nutritous
exercise 3X a week for 30 minutes of resistance training and or an aerobic class ( if you can't afford gyms, look up some home exercises in fitnessmagazine.com)

* take a multi vitamin supplement

You will look sexy and feel energetic and great!!:D and You will have that lean look!! SAY you CAN and you WILL do it!!

A BMI of 15 is extremely low! Im 5'3 and when I go below 115 I look too skinny. I cannot imagine myself at 89 lbs! I think that you may need inpatient treatment for this sweetie! Anorexics tend to not see what is really reflecting in the mirror. I hope you get the help you need. Good Luck!

sweetie, a healthy bmi is 20-24 - surely that tells you what you need to know? I know it's difficult, but you're going to have to get help or you're in serious trouble.

I hate to tell you this but you are most likely anorexic. You need help! 89 lbs is too light for a 5'3" person and a BMI of 15.8 is very unhealthy. Normal is 18.5-25

Your ideal weight range is 107-140 depending on your frame size. You are severely underweight. You don't need to lose any more. In fact, you need to gain.

I think if you want to be that skinny to fall down a drain cover, you need medical help, or loads of pizzas and kebab's. ummmmm!
