Question: Is it ok if I do my stregnth training exercize DVD 5 days a week Mon-Fri and cardio 3-4 times a week? Will this give me good results? Any tips? I also eat healthy and drink water, i' content with my diet plan I just need help with exercize? Also, some days I do weights AND cardio....

The most important this when dieting and exercising it to listen to your body.
Anyone can go to the gym and take a class 3-5 times a week. However how "hard" are you working?? Don't just go through the motions.. Really work! Push yourself - as hard as you can. THAT's when you will see the results and the pounds drop off.
If you are working out and not eating enough - your energy level will drop. Listen to your body.. If it's hungry... eat! If you're not hungry - then don't... Make sure to stay hydrated...
That is the pefect plan. I recomend working abs out every morning if they are not sore. Make sure you get your protein to carb balance correct.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.
