HELLLP PLEAsE!?!?!?!


Question: im 14 years old. i weigh 120 pounds!!! My mom says i only weigh that much because of muscle (im a dancer). although many people call me "skinny", i feel im not average and gaining weight ever so slightly but sooner or later i feel that one day... ILL EXPLODE OF FATNESS!!!! ugh. any tips on how to stay "thin" or get thinner? please help!!

Have 3 meals a day, high in fibre low in fat, plenty fruit and veg, plenty water and exercise 3 times a week. Although I do think your weight gain would be down to muscle, muscle weighs more than fat.

Just exercise and eat a healthy diet, you are not fat. I am 130. You are a dancer, and muscle weighs more than fat.

Girl you dont need to loose weight. Exercise reguraly to stay healthy but you dont need to loose weight. you are skinny and just need to stay healthy

wow im 14 and i am only 96 but i was premauture and have a hypo tyriod
