Question: Okay so, my upper body is toned and sculpted, BUT my lower body is kind of muscular but not as toned as my upper body. I try to lose my lower body but it won't work!!! oh no!! What do I do???

Just focus on tone up your lower half. No need to lose it!

Sounds like you just carry your fat lower on your body. To tone you need to burn fat, and as my username suggests i'm a big fan of HIIT for burning fat.
