Hitting the gym and milk?!


Question: After I work out really hard, nothing tastes better than milk. I know that might be gross, but my question is; is a glass a milk good post workout? Or should I skip it?

I like to think my body is telling me something about the milk and it needs it.

will be better with some protein powder way protein, if you like, you can tryit,is pefect time after training to build muscels,

i think milk beefs up your lactic acid in your muscles. is this good? do you like feeling sore?
