Question: breakfast 6am
1 large cup of Folgers coffee with ONE sweet&low-0calories
salad: 1 romain lettuce leaf, 1 smalll tomatoe, 1/2 of a cucumber, 1 carrot- 150 cals?
1 slice of low fat whole grain bread- 65 calories
1 tablespoon of smukers grape jelly-50calories

(went to school8am-3pm )

walk home from school- 20 minutes walking

after school snack-4pm
1 banna

gym-workout 5:30pm
20mins of elliptical machine
30minutes of crossramp
like 20 situps(yea a little bit ..:/)

food 7pm
10oz 100%orange juice
1 large Mango
1/2 (!) of a big Jicama



how many calories?!?!?!?

i'm gonna try to stick to only fruit and veg and oatmeal (and maybe some toast) for like a week cause i seem to be stuck at 125lbs and its soooooo frustrating!!! (i am 15 years old, 5"4. GOAL:100lbs.)

anyways how many calories did i eat?!?!?!?!




should i eat someoatmeal(150 calories) im kind of craving .... even though its 8pm? ?? ? =[[[[
or just do my homework, shower and go to sleep?!?!

You probably won't like my answer, so if you choose to ignore it, please at least take a multivitamin so that you can be sure to get the amount you need, because you will not get it with what you are eating.

But 125 is a healthy weight for 5'4. I would not go down to 100lbs. Its not about how much you weigh, but how healthy you are.

I would switch the jelly at breakfast for peanut butter. All the jelly is full of sugar. The peanut butter may have more calories but it will keep you fuller, longer because it has PROTEIN!!! also add some peanut butter with that banana you eat...banana's are full of sugar as well, so mix it with the peanut butter. or another good snack is some celery with peanut butter. =] can you tell i like peanut butter?

Anyways, oatmeal is a good choice too. For someone your age i really wouldnt be worrying about calories unless you were overweight, which you are not. my food plan if i were you would go as follow's:

Morning: plain oatmeal with sliced banana in it
or
wheat bread and some peanut butter

lunch[at school, yes eat lunch, do not skip it. skipping meals makes your metabolism slow down to conserve the fat in your bady]: turkey sandwhich on wheat with lettuce and whatever you llike on it. [low fat mayo or mustard, etc.] an apple and some pretzels.

after school snack: the celery or banana i talked about earlier....or there are some geat south beach diet cereal bars that are good.

dinner: salad with baked or grilled chicken and some light dressing

also you need to be sure you are drinking LOTS of water throughout the day. Your diet you mentioned above was lacking protein majorly...so make sure you have that turkey sandwich or chicken [baked, grilled]

**if you are a veggitarian, sorry if i have offended you.....but you need to talk to someone who is a veggitarian so that they can point you in a healthy direction so thast you can get the right vitamins and stuff you need.

wow u pland this out hard core.... honestly all i can say is FREEKEN EAT FOOD. lettus and fruits are good but not as helthy as u think, dont get me wrong its good for u hard core but with out the propor protiens to keep ur body going its going to take a while for it to work, also dont expect to loose a lot of weight cuz muscla is heavyer than fat so u may still wiegh the same or more u will just look more toned. hope that helps, (carbs are not the only enemy lazyness is also a weaklink so dont stop workin out.) oh and i forgot the more water u drink the better off u are not so much it kills u but like three bottles atleast a day will help

A great method to lose weight is to eat five times a day but small meals and work out for 10 minutes 3 times a day.
