How should I do my workout?!


Question: Should I do one muscle group at a time during a workout or should I do one exercise for a muscle group then go to another muscle group and then later go back to the first muscle group? What is the most effective?

Example:
Let's say I want to work out my chest, triceps, and shoulders one day.
Do I do all three of the chest exercises first then all of the triceps exercises then all of the shoulder exercises or should I do one chest exercise then one triceps exercise and then a shoulder exercise then go to a chest exercise and to a triceps exercise and to another shoulder exercise...(you get the point)

wel don't over analyze it... as long as u are training each muscle once per week..... i say it usually better to trian one muscle at time, getting the workout done with it, then moving on to the next muscle.. this way the muscle does not get cold...

really you should not work more then 2 muscles a workout.. otherwise its a big workload.. and workouts should not be longer then 45 - 60 mins, and 4 different exercises at 4 sets each per exercise

Whatever you want, i suggest starting with triceps, takes the tension off later on. But the main thing is to do it.

YOu should do it what ever way you want! as long as you hit all muscles during your work out week!!
