Think of how sweet the goal is. You gotta do what you gotta do.. if your already committed the choice is made.. just go do it. Once it's done it's out of the way and you can relax and know your one workout closer to your goal.

just keep thinking about the end result and how healthy you'll be!

go take all your cloths off and look into a full legnth mirror.

if that doesn't do it then I am lost

yeah....just think of the end result. Its worth it. Plus, you'll get used to the workout and pretty soon you won't feel any pain at all. It will become a part of your daily routine and you won't notice.

Take an aspirin and rest today. Muscles grow when you pause. You will have better results, and you will avoid injuries that way. Skip 2-3 days a week.

Workout again. It will help get rid of the lactic acid that has built up in your muscles. That's what is causing your pain.

take Jhgjvjg J advice, its good advice. thats what I was going to suggest. just like a car need oil change, same way our body needs cleanse. do a toxic cleanse

Think of how great your body will look in shape. You got the image in your head? OK, now go exercise!
