Did anyone lose weight with Alli??!
Question: ive seen these pills out, but my sister said she read about them and if ou eat wrong you can get sick. i dont know. what happened to you if you ate wrong? and did you lose weight how long did it take for you?

ME! ME! ME! I have lost 10lbs since Jan 2!! My daily calorie limit is 1800 & my daily fat intake is 19 grams per meal,if you go over your fat grams the next morning you will go to the bathroom!! but you do not poo in your pants!! people took off running with that rumor,you don't get sick!! your body just gets rid of the yuk in your body!!
You do have to watch what you eat or it wont work I did not take them but my sister did. She did it for about 3 weeks and yes she did lose weight not alot of course because she did not keep buying them she's just one of those girls that has to try it to belive it.
