A question about bread?!

Question: If you're trying to lose a lot of weight and you exercise by doing intense cardio for at least an hour, 3-4 times a week, is it a good idea to cut out all bread completely or can you still eat a couple slices of wheat bread?

I was grown up eating bread for breakfast so the habit is kinda hard to break :(

You need bread just like you need all other types of food...just eat less of it...I have bread with my breakfast and lunch and a small piece with dinner.

Of course you can. You shouldn't cut anything out completely, just eat it in moderation. The morning would be the ideal time to eat it. Actually multigrain bread is one of the best things you can eat health wise.
