Did i eat all my calories for one day in a single sitting?!


Question: I was hungry cuz i skipped breakfast and had 2 pb sandwhiches on whole wheat white bread about 2 handfulls of cheetos 3 mini chocolate bars and a half bowl of ice cream...i wasnt even hungry anymore halfway through my second sandwhich, but i cant stop once i get going like that..

you can still eat but you will have to train harder at the gym

Unless you are on a high fat, high sugar diet then your doing terriably today. The cals are not the worst of your issue, everything you ate is loaded with garbage.

i dont think you ate all your calories for one day - not even close. just make sure you dont skip breakfast, thats a really important meal. and its fine to eat a little bit of junk food occassionally, just do what you did and have a handful of cheetos, instead of a bag. having a little bit of what you want will stop you denying yourself and then giving in. hope this helps!
