Yeah That's An Average Of About 10 lbs A Month. But Then Again I Don't Know Depends On Your Workout & How Quickly You Lose Weight. That's Not To Healthy Though.

no....

i dont think thats too healthy for you...

If you really want to loose wheight then what you need to do is eat five to six smaller meals a day and have a solid exercise plan. Eating one meal a day you will gain wheight instead, please diet right and don't try to starve yourself, you'll be more dissapointed and upset in the end if you don't do it right.

Eating once a day is BAD.

One would think you would lose weight. But you may be taking in too little calories. People think eating less or practically starving will make them lose weight.

In actuality, if you eat too few calories your body will compensate by going into starvation mode and retain that extra weight. It will store a lot of your calories as fat cells trying to keep reserve energy like it would if you went through a famine. You should eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eating consistently keeps your metabolism burning. Don't eat later than two hours before you go to bed.

ALSO, you mentioned nothing about your water intake. If you are not drinking enough water, then your body is also in "drought mode" and will retain any fluid you take in.

Thirdly, are you exercising?

Here is a website that you can use that is completely free. It will help you come up with the amount of calories your body needs to lose weight. Source(s) www.sparkpeople.com

BELIEVE ME!! You will not be happy if you starve yourself. you do not feel hungry because your body is storing what little calories you are eating in your fat cells.

I will recommend exercising in a REALLY proper way which does not cause lots of tireness
