You're work out is intense, and should definitely provide you with good results. However, I suggest that cut back on the weights at the beginning, and add that time to either swimming or running. Swimming, Running actually burn fat and calories which is essential to a weight loss program. Excess weights on the other hand, lead to weight gain because the fat on your body gets hardened. So more cardio will burn the weight off, and adding weights to the increased duration of cardio will lead to better results. Also, I would suggest eating a little healthier. I mean if you like heavy foods, go to subway 'cause its healthy and tasty. Other than that you're off to a good start and I wish you the best of luck. I am sure you will be able to pull this off because you sound committed to this.

Sounds like a good workout, but you need to have a lean diet too.
Remember, extra protein is converted to fat, and the body really does not need much protein, even if you're building up.
So cut back on the protein too.
Like a can of tuna, or a single chicken breast a day, is enough.

I am currently losing weight also, and to lose weight, you need to eat less calories than you expend. I am eating more often(five times a day) and smaller meals. To gain muscle, you need to eat more calories than you expend, but get them from good foods. So I would concentrate more on the cardio with a little bit of weight training as opposed to the opposite. Swimming is great for you though.

Because you live in your own body, you wont really notice any visual change, beacause thousads of changes will look normal to you, as you see yourslf everyday, but if someone only saw you once a month, they would notice a differance....
and if you need advice on losing weight, what your doing is fine, but eating certain foods also helps, so drinking green tea in a morning increass your metabolism, in the case of building muscle, the more muscle you have, the more energy you burn whilst your doing nothing, but you have to keep up with weight training as muscle mass will decrease over a period of time, my advice is a core workout;
sit-ups and pressups, carry on running (on a morning before you eat or drink anything is the best time) and ge weight training.
hope it helps dude, im in the same situation.

oh yeah, eat food like beef jerky instead of snacks whilst/ before a workout, as their is very little fat, and th protein in the meat (massive mounts in plain beef jerky) helps you train longer, harder and aids building muscle.
