I am not sure what to think?!


Question: I eat 500 calories a day that I count, and then I snack on things through out the day. You know like a bite of my hubby's food, and a sample at a store, or I grab some cereal.. stuff like that. Somedays it might ad up to lots of calories (like 1800, who knows?), and other days not.

I want to lose 10 pounds, but I am stuck at my weight.. my body won't allow me to lose anymore. I am in great shape.. run 10ish miles a day. If I am not eating enough, at my metabolism is screwed up, what can I do to make it better w/o gaining weight.. since I want to lose?

This is frustrating, because I use to have a severe eating disorder, and I am so much better now. I gained bunch of weight.. and now I am trying to lose some, but not too much.

I don't know what to do! How can I get my body to work again, w/o putting on the weight?

Eat differing amounts of calories on alternate days.
like 900 one day then 1200 the next and then 1400.
Then re start at 900.

It Will trick your metabolism and let you lose weight.

First of all, I like monkeys. Secondly, try eating tofu. Im a vegetarian and i love it. also dont eat. also run 50-75 miles per day. then shake, not stir.

I think you probably ate more than you thought you do while snacking. Snacking is a bad habit, period. Don't do snacking. Drink green tea to boost metabolism. If you run 10 miles a day, your body should burn calories very fast. So just avoid snacking and be more active during times when you're NOT running.

You need to eat MORE food and a balance of food. Stop picking at food and actually sit and eat meals.

If you do actually run 10 miles a day you need to eat LOTS more food. You are starving your body and it is rebelling.
