Start doing crunches, they're way more effective than sit ups. Also, do leg lifts! Those are great for the six pack. And try eating foods with a lot of protein. Good luck!!!

i forget wat this excersize is called....lie down and lift ur legs up straight in the air then while ur legs are in the air start doing sit ups...do reps of 10 about 3 times daily and i gurantee abs by summer its very challenging though but once u have those abs u will be very very happy

If i were your mate i would try things like sit ups and press ups, that what i do to build a bit of muscle.

Try using the gym machines and ask around for which ones help your stomach.

Pulleys
Reverse crunch
Full sit-ups (crunches are useless)

Get the book the Abs Diet... eat lots of protein and you're good to go!

Make sure you keep your diet, and do sit-ups, crunches, run, and lift weights.
