What is the best way to lose wait in 3 months?!


Question: I weightlifted 3 days a week. After weightlifting I did Interval training. It is shorter cardio but very high intensity. It actually burns more fat than a boring 30 min jog on a treadmill. This is how it worked:

1.Warm up 5-6 min
2.sprint or as fast as you can for 1min
3.normal pace 2min.
Repeat 2 and 3.... 6 times.

And for my diet I kept it high fiber and protein. I had 5 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals. It keeps your metabolism going giving your body a constant supply of nutrients.

meal 1: 3/4 cup of plain oatmeal
meal 2: turkey sandwhich on wheat bread, a few crackers
meal 3: handfull of non salted peanuts
meal 4: 3/4 or 1/2 cup of BROWN rice with a chicken breast or salmon.
meal 5: Apple or orange.
