Am i to fat ...what would say i should be . i am 5' 3 and 16 years old?!


Question: i feel to big for myself , i ahve a samll frame, and i am a dancer.

i am currently 89lb and feel like **** , i ahe lost about 25lb , and feel better but stilll feel like i want to loose more . i look horrible and wish i could be happy with my bosy ....

am i still to big , how much more do i have to lose do you think?

Sweetheart, because your question is stated the way it is I think you already know that you are not too fat. In fact of course, you are most likely too thin.

Just use your thinker to remember that losing 25 pounds has not made you feel better. It has actually made you feel worse hasn't it? That means weight is not the issue.

What I am going to say might upset you a bit but it's very important and you are asking so here's my answer:

Your problem is not at all because you are too fat.

Your problem is that you hate yourself. That is perfectly clear by what you've written:

These words tell me simply that you can't stand yourself and feel out of control. Losing weight is the only control you have but that dosen't work does it? Because it does not matter how much you lose you will not be happy.

Why?

Because you have a mental disorder. With help from a therapist you can overcome this disorder but you do need help with it. Speak to your parents seriously about getting help. Chances are they have already talked to you about this - if you are honest with yourself you'll see that they have.

If they can't help you then find a mental health agency that can. Your family Dr will guide you to the right people.

You are only a child still, so take this advice and fix yourself now before it's too late dear.

You are way way way to skinny. YOu should be 110 pounds at the least. You need help.

You are SO NOT fat. you are very underweight. Actually you were at the ideal for your height when you were 25 pounds heavier. You probably feel like **** because you are starving yourself. DO NOT lose any more, or you will be very sick. If you see yourself as fat, you could have an eating disorder. Please get help.

89lbs is unhealthy, if you are looking for attention.
You should be at least 100lbs.

You seem underweight! I am 5'3 and 130....my goal is 110 and people tell me that is crazy. Everyone looks different with bone structure and all but 16yrs and only 89lbs seems too low. Look for help...dr/nutritionist!

You are underweight. You should be atleast 8st - 9st.
Pressure from your dancing might make you feel like your bigger than you are.!
I know people always say.. oh' put on weight...
