take both creatine and protein. you'll see results. i'm taking both and im getting bigger but i dont see anything negative.

dude its simple, eat protein, run often and hard, workout often and hard.

or you can cheat with creatine.

Creatine will not build muscles. but it'll will help with recovery and stamina. So you will be able to lift longer and higher reps, which will lead to a bigger max.

It is pretty safe, two main side effects include erection problems, and breast development (even in guys).
If either of these happen (doesn't happen often) just stop taking it. Both of these will reverse as soon as the Creatine has left your system.

Be sure to cycle on and off. I go 30 days on 30 days off.

Hope this helps..

I really don't know any cons, When I started working out I used normal Creatine Monohydrate, and mixed it in apple juice. 5 grams pre and post workout. I gained about 15 - 20 lbs of muscle but i'm not sure how much the creatine had to do with it. I was eating like a mad man and was 20 years old, my test levels were naturally high. I certain didn't notice any cons. Oh and for the idiot saying that taking creatine is cheating, stop eating red meat since there is copious amounts of creatine in beef. Stop listening to everything that stupid people tell you because they are seriously misinformed.

Creatine doesn't produce more muscle mass or anything of the nature. What it does is to increase muscle stamina so that you can continue longer before failure and aides in muscle recovery.

I know of no real side effects of Creatine besides water retention. It doesn't matter when you take it but you typically have to Load, which means that for the first 3 - 4 days you typically take 4 - 5 servings, which once you're loaded falls back to one serving per day. You typically have to repeat this cycle every month, on and off, as well. There are liquid versions of Creatine that claim no loading timeframes, you can usually find these at specialty health food stores.

I definitely have felt the effects of Creatine in a workout, but it's not useful to anyone unless you are working out to failure.

creatine works but not over nite, with creatine you must workout, its takes time because it takes bodyfat and coverts it to muscle, but you must have enough calories of creatine in your system and work out for it to work. im 21 5'8 200 pounds i only drunk the gnc creatine or take the pills, i started working out when i was 14 i was @ 120 ibs in just 7 months of taking creatine and working out i was @ 165.it works but it take time
