Question: I was just wondering how people lost weight after staying at the same weight for a while...I'm still trying to lose that last 10-15 pounds, and it seems like no matter what I do, the weight won't come off. Any advice? Thanks!!

Up your calories for a few days. Or increase the intensity of your exercise routine. The key is to trick your body since plateau occurs when your body is adjusted to a certain routine.
