Here is my advise for quick wight loose.
Eat only twice a day, breakfast and lunch, do not eat junk foods. Drink water and juice, do not drink milk.Do not eat any fry, When you eat make sure there is no oil, no fat not even 1%. Eat the kind of food that you have to boil in water, something like rice and noodle, eat vegetables. Cook yourself for your meal. Sleep maxminum 8 hour a day, do not sleep more than that. Don't ever stop moving, do something that you have to use physical. Your resting time and stop moving your physical time should be your sleeping time. Play hard, run, jump, play basketball or any sport that make you sweat, play, play and play until you can't take it anymore.

Hope that will help. i think, It is tough, something precious, isn't never easy to get. =D I weigh 115 pound, and I am a teenager, I am looking for a way to get fat. Good Luck!!!!

Just do a few crunches, run on the spot, eat healthy, and make sure to go to the washroom lots, It'll shrink your stomach down.

drink 10 glasses of water a day.
do not eat anything past 6 pm.
eat fruits, vegetables,green leafy,yellow or orange, no potatos,little red meat,more chicken and fish.
get one of those inflatable pilates balls and do crunchs to flatten your stomach.
eat less cheese and drink one glass of milk a day.
no sodas, one glass of of oj a day. three boiled eggs a week
walk 30 minutes a day or do aerobics.
