im underweight too but i see a nutritionist

u need to eat MORE CALORIES THEN U BURN TO GAIN WEIGHT...these are some healthy high calorie foods...

dried fruit(especially raisins)-instead of fresh fruit
-Lean meats
-complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta)
-peanut butter(put on anything)-or other nuts
-"proto pure" protein bars....each has 300 calories and 32 g protein but are low fat(7-8g), ok carb(around 26), very low sugar(1g), very healthy and delicious...i like the chewy chocolate chip and chocolate deluxe..or the regular "pure" protein bars but they are smaller and only have around 180-200 calories and 20 grams of protein
-loose granola or muesli(as a good snack)
-potatoes and corn instead of greens
-drink BOOST PLUS and ensure plus(the chocolate is the best) they have 350-360 calories each and have alot of vitamins, healthy fats, and the carbs u need...look them up...there is a difference between the regular and the plus...
-milk/other dairy products
-beans/seeds

AND HAVE A HEALTHY SNACK BEFORE BED LIKE A PB&J SANDWICH AND A GLASS OF CHOCOLATE MILK or boost plus ...and dont do cardio!

First, Why do you wana gain weight?
Second ,my answer McDonalds (LOL)

Meat, whole grains, avocado,---basically all the foods that overweight people would use to lose weight!

Your best bet is to focus on weight training, it will help increase your appetite and building muscle will put weight on you!

if i were u try eating many many small meals of wat u would normally eat, so dont eat just 3 meals but maybe 5 meals of smaller portions

rice and potato , a lot of starches

There's a lot of stuff to eat. As someone who's older (46) I say don't do it. I'm not sure the reason you ask. That will weight will follow you all your life. A note, it's always easy to gain, it's a long process, and maybe impossible, to lose the weight. Even if you lose it the health effects will follow you. We progressively gain weight during our lives, ...normally. Those who can, have a good diet and excersize. That's just my opinion.

You need to eat at least 5 to 6 small meals a day, and get full each meal! Also, muscle weight gain is the best, so work your muscles and get stronger and make sure your calorie intake is higher than necessary.
I suggest running, sit ups, and push ups!

Eat foods like steak, potatoes, breads, pastas, nuts, and even salads with good dressing.

What sorority?
