Flat stomache, how long will it take?!


Question: I've been working out running, crunches, bicycles, lunges, running for 1-2 miles every night and tennis a lot. I am also on a diet, not eating sweets or fats, only on occasion. How long will it take to make my stomach flatter than it is now?

Your stomache isn't bad at all. A little smaller than mine actually. I'd say in a month if you keep it up your stomache will be totally flat and toned. Good luck! It looks great as is though.

shouldnt take to long, jsut keep up with what your doing, you look good as it is,

your stomach is fine
your slim
you dont reli need to diet
maby sit ups will tone your stomach?

it looks pretty flat now but i would give it 2-4 months

Your stomach is already flat..I think you are looking to get the ripples that bodybuilders have? If so..get yourself an inclined situp board to do your crunches on..that will give you more resistance.

Continue with diet and exercise and you should see a difference within 4 weeks or so.maybe longer depending on how rippled you want it to look.
