Does the body build muscle before losing fat?!

Question: Question is more complicated than you think. If all you are doing is dieting and walking then no, you will not build muscle. You must have a good diet and perform resistance/weight type training to build muscle and bone. Once you build the muscle up, it will accelerate the rate of fat being burned. It's like putting a bigger engine in a car. You will burn more gas to get it going than if it was just a smaller engine.

YES

it actually converts the fat into muscle, you will burn off the excess then whatever is left over will start to change into muscle.

Yes. In order to burn fat and the calories included therein, the body must produce more muscles. Muscles burn fat and accelerate your metabolism.

That is why when you first start a workout routine I always state that you shouldn't trust the scale. Why? Its because muscle weighs more than fat. That is why you will sometimes will weigh more on the scale after a particular weight lifting workout.

The kind of muscle that burns fat the best is called lean muscle. This type of muscle is typically on runners and swimmers. They have definition but do not look huge.

Hope this helps.

Yes, why it does that is the muscle needs to have something to protect it as well as keep it at a healty level. The muscle itself doesn't burn the fat but your metabolism. The growth and increase of muscle tissue speeds up your metabloism and makes it easier to one get out of bed in the morning and two sleep easier and deeper.
