Question: I want to find out exactly how much i need to loose in order look and feel great. Where can i go to find out how much body fat i have? And is this important when loosing weight?

I'm not sure if it's important or not but i want to lose my tummy fat too. I think you could get your Dr. or a nurse to do it or even if you have like a soft tape measure like one used for sewing. (btw It doesn' tell if ur fat but there's this thing online that you can test your body mass index and it will tell you how your waist is based on like your height, age, sex and weight. I'd say any gym, or your doctor, could tell you your body composition.
