Help with plan?!


Question: i just joined goodlife fitness center (canada) and i will be working out proabley 2-3 days a week. i will start eating healthy, and she said that shes going to give me a food plan and a personal trainer for 12 weeks, cause im 15.

i am 5'6 and 155 pounds, how much do you think i can lose before summer?
help?

To be healthy, you probably want to shoot for 2 pounds a week at most. This would get you around 120-125 by June.

It sounds like your goal is not what you weigh, but what you look like you weigh. Don't obsess over the number. You'll tip the scale more as you gain muscle and with more immediate things like hydration levels. I'd recommend having a clothing size goal instead.

it depends on your metabolism and how hard you work at it. summer is 4-5 months away i could see you loosing 20+pounds. you may want to talk to the trainer and get their opinion and always remember to set small goal that are easily achieved.
