Who is willing to work a miracle on me?!


Question: I swear, I am so frustrated with myself. Once upon a time, I gained up to about 205 lbs. About 6 years ago, I got tired of it, and LOST down to about 128 lbs. Every time I get upset, I lose the will to fight the DAILY fight for me not to gain weight.
I was so proud of myself, I got a nip and a tuck after my five year mark. NOW, I have gained it all back plus a few, and what was working before, isn't now. Every time something happens in my life that hurts, frustrates, or brings me down, makes me lose all control and I end up fat again.
PLEASE help me. I need to lose 45 pounds. I am beside myself. I don't know if I need an online mentor that will STAY on me, or someone with a miracle in their heads for losing weight, but I need SOMETHING.

First a positive attitude! Post a note on your refrigerator door that states "130 lbs" or the lbs you want! Look at it everyday and every time you open the door. Now let's get started! Things to eat: fresh veggies, fruits, plenty of fluids, white meats-turkey, fish, etc, vits. Things not to eat: Fast foods, canned foods (salt), red meat, junk foods, pizza and anything with fat or salt in it. We get enough via foods. Exercise everyday on the floor, do sit ups or walk around the block. Weight yourself every morning! ..and document your weight each day. Don't use diet drinks from food stores. No cookies, candy, cakes, pies, etc...you know what I mean. I'm here 4 U....E-mail me and let me know how you are doing! im the smae :(
but i wish you all the luck that i can. all i can say for now is go vegan for a mont or two and then go back and maybe try weight loss surgery it sure helped my mom!

try to change your eating habits permanently. I have the same problem only now I am 220lbs and working down. Its what we eat, not much else. And how much we move. But if we are eating right and moving less , we can slow down and even monitor the kinds of weight we lose/gain.


Here is what works for me.

Semi-vegetarianism or Flexitarianism.

A SV is someone who eats only fish or poultry ( all kinds of dairy products) and consumes mostly vegetables. No red Meat.
A FV is someone who eats meat occasionally ( like maybe once a week). Diary included.

You can get all your protein from the dairy and/or fish and poultry you eat. Personally, I stay away from meat and have lost around 5-10 lbs. I am a flexitarian ( flexible vegetarian). Take a multivitamin tablet everyday. AND NO JUNK FOOD!!! I don't follow any ideology, I just do it because I want to be healthy. I'm quite overweight. I don't eat large meat ( i.e = slabs of steak, chicken legs, turkey meat, etc) but I will occasionally eat some hamburger helper ( with the bits of meat) and maybe a bite of chicken if I must. I eat around meat in some dishes. I can still eat fast food, just not the burgers or chicken stuff. Usually fries, mashed potatoes, corn, yogurt, apple pie, salad, etc.

you need to consume THREE MEALS A DAY!!!! at the least. Eat veggies!!!

you are gaining weight abnormally..
simple thing is that you are stuffing your body with food and you are lacking Love for your body , your heart and mind.

You need to do simple thing , forget about loosing weight.
Just respect your body mind.

When you take food, ensure that you chew it well and let it go down you throat only when IT HAS BECOME LIQUID.
This simple exercise will eliminate wasteful food getting in your body as you have to do lot of chewing exercise..

secondly you take food only when you are hungy..
thirdly you need to find a Love and the need of love will trnaform your body also suddenly..

Come & ask for advice, grab yourself a free recipe to try thats low in calories &/or fat, there are quiet a lot of recipes & meal plans etc.
There are people who are following different weight loss plans like weight watchers, rosemary connolly, etc etc & there is loads of support on offer.
I'm not the webmaster just an ordinary Mum trying to lose weight.
