Yoga.. the best type for a beginner?!

I really like Bikram's yoga, because it takes place in an environment that is super hot (temperature-wise).

The heat makes it less likely that you will pull any muscles. It reduces the possibility of injury.

Plus, all that sweating gets rid of toxins in your body.

Make sure that you drink plenty of water, so that you don't get dehydrated. (You're allowed to bring water bottles with you).

There's also a type of yoga called Bliss Yoga that my therapist recommended. It's for beginners and very easy on your body.

I really enjoyed power yoga. A good instructor will show alternatives for all levels, and this type of yoga allows you to get into a nice flow.

Well i cant help you with specific names for yoga practices but my friend and i did a yoga class 'for beginners' last year, you cant go wrong really with a class title like that! she loved it and is still doing it, i didnt and am not!
