Question about vitamin supplements?!

Question: There are so many different vitamins and supplements on the shelves these days, I am not sure what I need? I am a 27 year old female and I am currently on a balanced diet and exercise program. I regularly take a daily multivitamin geared specifically for women, a B-complex, a fish oil capsule, and I also take fiber supplements. Am I good with those?

Thank you in advance for answering.

Don't over due it with vitamins...what you're doing right now is very good for you. One daily multivitamin is enough along with a good diet plan. The L-carnitine you may not need. It can be used as a fat burner with a max of 4gms a day taken one hour before your workout, but only used for a two week period. Then off for two weeks....it's useful in increasing heart output and improving heat function and it reduces the feeling of hunger...with that said It doesn't appear that you need this one...
Stay on your program....staying with it is the hardest part, but the best part for your body.
Be sure to include some greens, maybe 2 sweet potatoes and some yogurt with active cultures just before bed...Those cultures aid with the digestive process and will work while you sleep. Skim milk (I know it taste like water) has all the same nutrients as whole milk without the fat.
Two cups of Green tea in the morning is a very good source of anti oxidents....so is that sweet potato.....
Keep it up.

The vitamins you are on now are great, I would also add a pro-biotic, to add good intentional bacteria to support digestion. and possibly a digestive enzyme supplement to get the most out of your food.
